Taiwanese muso Shin is one of those rare breeds of entertainers who can go by just their first name. It's probably a given since he did front a successful rock band also named after, well, him. Noted for his dynamic vocal range and insanely powerful voice, Shin has no problems delivering those high screams in his frenetic rock tracks. Although best known for his hard rock musical style, the man has also dabbled in metal and pop rock to create his own brand of rock-friendly mainstream Mandopop. Cuts like "One Night In" and "Before the Dawn" show why he's one of the region's top rockers.
