Rooted in rock 'n' roll and bluesy sounds, Pescado Rabioso made three studio albums between '71 and '73, with the last album, Artaud, being entirely the effort of guitarist and singer Luis Alberto Spinetta. At a turning point in the history of Spanish-language rock, this band hailing from Argentina were pivotal in taking the influences of their English-speaking counterparts and creating songs with lyrics that spoke to their people.
