SWING

By their use of combining the sounds of techno, hip-hop and folk, Montreal natives Bobby Lalonde and Michel Benac wanted to start something completely different with their project Swing. Formed in 1996, Lalonde and Benac are the self-proclaimed innovators this unique sound, which they self-proclaimed it as "Technotrad." Tox Records noticed the originality and released their debut La Chanson S@cre in 1999. ~ Mike DaRonco
