I wanted to be just like them, so I would listen to their rap cassettes and think to myself, "I can't wait to record my own music." Aṣa, Asa [Asha] Kelis, Tasty Lady Donli, Enjoy Your Life I love the diversity of the Kelis album; it showed me a new way to approach music making. Asa was one of the first times I saw myself in Nigerian music. "Enjoy Your Life" is my debut album; it changed my life and will always be relevant.
