In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I was a young boy my source of music was an antique Victrola. We only had a few records but one of them was Gershwin’s, “Rhapsody In Blue.”I played that record over and over and over again. I still never tire of hearing it. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “In Fall” I had the melody for a year or more before adding the lyrics. I knew exactly what I wanted to write but it was a while before it all came together. I wanted to write about memory and the loss of it as well as the qualities of Autumn.
