Gerald Scott is a gospel artist from Washington, D.C. He has been active in his church since his teenage years, when he became an in-house organist. After playing and performing with a wide variety of high-profile artists across genres, Scott's career bloomed in 2007, when he stepped out as a lead artist and assembled a choir of friends and family members. As Gerald Scott & Company, he debuted with Intro, an independently released album that featured Isaiah D. Thomas on the song "You Can't Stop My Praise." Don't Let Go, another self-released album, followed in 2010, after which Scott signed to the Universal-distributed Habakkuk label. There, he released Incredible in 2012. ~ Andy Kellman
