About Chaz Cardigan

Nashville-based alternative pop singer/songwriter Chaz Cardigan blends folk, R&B, and pop with honest and vulnerable lyrics. Born in 1995 in Kentucky, Cardigan taught himself guitar, bass, and drums growing up. Instead of going to college, he moved to Nashville at 17 to give his music career a shot. Among other projects, he was part of hip-hop collective the Diatribe, whom he produced in order to fine-tune his studio skills. He self-released his debut album, I, in 2017 and began playing solo gigs. Everything kicked off for Cardigan in 2020, as he was signed to both Capitol and Loud Robot (a subsidiary of J.J. Abrams' Bad Robot production company). Through Loud Robot, he appeared on the soundtrack to the Netflix show To All the Boys: P.S. I Still Love You. That same year, he also released the EP Vulnerabilia, which featured the streaming hit "NOT OK!," as well as a second EP, Holograma. ~ Liam Martin
