When music class started in the 5th grade, I still wanted to play the trombone but my arms were too short at the time on my then 4 feet-11-inch frame, so I played the coronet. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Blood, Sweat & Tears, Blood, Sweat & Tears Expanded Edition Chicago, The Chicago Transit Authority (Remastered) The Rolling Stones, Goats Head Soup Chicago Transit Authority had a big band sound but a very rock and roll sound. Blood Sweat and Tears emoted more in their long list of great songs on this second album than almost any band of the era. Goats Head Soup is classic Stones at their peak. Tell us why you chose this song. “I Sit Here Smiling” This is a love song to my wife Pam, beautiful inside and out and the love of my life. When I wrote this song, I choked up repeatedly when writing the part about the end of my life and telling her I love her for the last time.
