In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My earliest musical memory is my grandma teaching me to play on her vintage upright piano. This was the piano I taught myself to play on, and I remember writing my first "good" song–a musical retelling of beauty and the beast–on that piano as a teen. Tell us why you chose this song. “It's a Wonderful Life” This song is really special to me as I wrote and scheduled for it to release before my second daughter was born, but she came early due to some complications so the lyrics really became our own personal story through that season of healing. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Through a crazy turn of events, my wife and I got to go down to Charlotte, North Carolina in January of 2021 and sing with the gospel choir for the Grammy award winning album "Old Church Basement" by Elevation Worship and Maverick City Music.
