The Belbury Circle is a collaboration between two of the most prominent figures associated with cult favorite Ghost Box, Jon Brooks (the Advisory Circle), and label co-founder Jim Jupp (Belbury Poly). While the two artists are often associated with making haunting music inspired by vintage sci-fi and horror soundtracks as well as pastoral psych-folk, the Belbury Circle's releases, 2013's Empty Avenues EP (with John Foxx) and 2017 full-length Outward Journeys, blend library music with early synth pop.
