In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. It's 2008, I'm 7 years old visiting my mother in Johannesburg (I lived in Durban at the time). It's a chilly summer's day and MTV Base is playing classic pop hits. I fall in love with music. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Frank Ocean, Blonde Kanye West, Yeezus Kendrick Lamar, To Pimp a Butterfly Blonde is the greatest album ever by the greatest artist ever, and it's also the first music of any kind to make me cry. It's never been my favourite but it'll always be my first <3 What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Carfax 2016. Memorable for the wrong reasons. IYKYK. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? To release a full body of work. The universe hasn't been on my side with that. But it'll come. That's the 2024 goal.
