ATEEZ is an award-winning, hit-making K-pop group formed in 2018. ∙ Kim Hongjoong, the group’s leader, was discovered when he sent a mixtape to KQ Entertainment, who managed Hongjoong’s favorite K-pop group, Block B. ∙ They released the 2018 single “From” under the name KQ Fellaz before changing their name to ATEEZ. ∙ Code Name is Ateez, a reality TV show, helped push their 2018 debut, TREASURE EP.1: All to Zero, to No. 7 on South Korea’s Gaon Album Chart. ∙ The group achieved their first Platinum record with 2020’s Zero: Fever, Part. 1, which sold over 375,000 copies and topped the Gaon Album Chart. ∙ ATEEZ closed out their successful 2020 by winning the Worldwide Fans’ Choice and Discovery of the Year trophies at the Mnet Asian Music Awards.
