In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Listening a Charles Aznavour cassete tape on my father's old ford. I have became very fond of Charles later, but in that specific day i remember feeling road sick as the white noisy ford cut through the mountains of Minas Gerais in Brazil What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Antônio Carlos Jobim, Stone Flower CTI Records 40th Anniversary Edition Brian Eno, Ambient 1: Music for Airports Pink Floyd, The Dark Side of the Moon Remastered Those are albums that among some others never fail to take my feet off the ground. From albums like those i've learnt that songs are places. I have picked 3 distinct examples that have inspired me consistently over the years, but there are many more. Tell us why you chose this song. “Nocturnal Bliss” I like this one, because it showed me a new path not only in music, but in life...i feel i am finally getting to glue all my inspirations and influences after years of experimenting. Feels nice to embrace noise as a legitimate form of expression. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I have many special moments after being a full time musician and producer since 1988, but there are two that come to mind: playing a short tour sharing the stage with Milton Nascimento and playing in Cuba in 2010. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Music consumption is changing fast; my experience in production and performance allows me to create soundscapes, atmospheres, and soundtracks. Adapting to new ways of engaging listeners is essential for growth in this evolving landscape.
