Foo Fighters

Foo Fighters

Written and co-produced by Dave Grohl, the self-titled Foo Fighters debut made the band a lasting rock luminaries. Until Foo Fighters, Dave Grohl was better known as Nirvana's drummer—and it was this album that helped him heal after Cobain's death. Though comprising Grohl's low-key personal recordings where he played all the instruments, except on "X-Static", the release snowballed into a huge hit. Listen to the tight melodies and distorted guitars on the album that gave us tracks like "This Is a Call", "I'll Stick Around" and "Big Me".
