Israeli pianist and singer/songwriter Keren Peles first turned heads in 2006 with the lovely piano ballad “Itay”, from her debut album, If This Is Life. But the song offered just a glimmer of what Peles could do. Her follow-up releases painted the full picture: a talented lyricist with a blustery, showstopping voice adept at delivering catchy pop and huge rock choruses. Peles found herself in good company for subsequent albums, like 2014's Bein Hair Lakfar (Between the City and the Village), produced by Yehudit Ravitz. In 2016, she released a full-length of duets with Rami Kleinstein.
