Dan Toren Essentials

Actor-turned-troubadour Dan Toren brings an approachable feel to his folk and blues-influenced rock sounds. Since his debut in the late ‘80s, Toren's been known as much for his unpretentious songwriting as for his collaborations with other musicians, including Maor Cohen, Yuval Mendelson and Efrat Ben Zur. Much of Toren's music has been stripped down to its essentials—mixed electric and acoustic guitars and harmonica. But with such strong storytelling and gorgeous, hummable melodies, on display in his hit “Lavan Al Lavan (White on White)”, Toren doesn't need anything else.
