Haverim
2014

Mizrahi rock veteran Shlomi Shabat released Haverim in 2001 as a celebratory exclamation, joined by his many friends as they ushered in the second phase of his career. Contemporaries like Gidi Gov and Lior Narkis bring spirited vocals to this collection of Mizrahi folk-pop, but Shabat's inclusion of rising talent like Moshe Peretz add an invigorating infusion of fresh blood to the mix. It's clear that Shabat and friends are having a ball.
