- Holon's Rockfour settled into their sound on their second album Haish Shera'a Hakol, and set off to do some serious sonic exploration. The psychedelic rock act's 14 songs are much like the album's cover: fuzzy, colourful and up for interpretation. Rockfour sinks into lush guitar grooves that pop and crackled with the warmth of old vinyl, often bubbling up into churning jams. These songs are awash in walls of background vocals, marching band beats, sunny tambourine and tweaked-out guitars.

About Rockfour
Israeli rock band Rockfour started releasing records in the 1990s and by 2000 were issuing material in English. Their albums Supermarket and One Fantastic Day are quite respectable efforts in the 1960s spirit that don't sound unduly revivalist. They show substantial influences from the Beatles, late-'60s British psychedelia, and the Byrds, with intelligent and varied lyrics. ~ Richie Unterberger
