Aaron Smith

A tremulous, sensitive modern singer/songwriter who places equal emphasis on texture and melody, Aaron Smith first gained attention in 2019 when his brooding ballad "Unspoken" became a streaming hit. A native of the small Scottish town of Polmont, Smith learned guitar as a child of six. As he became a teenager, he started to sing with the intent of hitting the streets and busking. He honed his craft at his school, woodshedding at a studio in its music department. Smith started releasing music online in 2019, starting with "Unspoken" in the summer of 2019. As he started to play prominent British festivals, major streaming services highlighted "Unspoken" in their splash pages and playlists, boosting Smith's profile.
