Eraserheads Essentials

Eraserheads emerged in the thick of the alternative-rock boom of the ‘90s. The Quezon City quartet built their legacy on a diverse catalogue that include pop-leaning ballads with big choruses (“Ang Huling el Bimbo”), indie-rock melodies (“Julie Tearjerky”) and dark textural soundscapes (“Maskara”). Active between 1989 and 2002, they are considered to be one of the most influential and commercially successful bands in the Philippines.
