In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. "My dad had a punk band when I was a kid and I loved falling asleep listening to them practice in the barn" What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? David Bowie, Blackstar John Lennon, Imagine PJ Harvey, Stories from the City, Stories from the Sea I chose these three because I listened to them a lot while making my first album. I love that they all blend elements of authenticity, vulnerability and drama. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Fire” This was the first song I ever wrote for a rock context and challenged myself to be really raw and honest. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? The best thing I ever did was allow myself to write free of any one genre and express myself exactly however came to mind. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I would love to just keep recording music and collaborating with musicians I admire. My ultimate goal always is to share an authentic part of myself and inspire others to feel free and connect on a deeper level.
