The Gunshy

Gunshy's music centers on the songwriting of Matt Arbogast, an uncompromising, sincere writer. His songs explore such topics as love, death, and disillusion with the music ranging from somber acoustic guitar to upbeat rock. The Gunshy recorded its debut album, To Remember/To Forget (2002), on an eight-track recorder in Arbogast's apartment in Lancaster, PA. Josh Silliman and Dave Pitz assisted Arbogast during the album's recording, and the singer/songwriter performs live as the Gunshy in multiple settings -- as a full band, a duo, or sometimes even solo. Arbogast has shared stages over the years with such bands as Joan of Arc, Jonah's Onelinedrawing, and Denali. ~ Jason Birchmeier
