In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My earliest musical memory is my dad singing me to sleep - he sang me Neil Young, Crosby Still and Nash and The Beatles. Music has always felt like a safe place for me and this early love for songwriters and songs that told stories came from my dad. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Coldplay, A Rush of Blood to the Head John Mayer, Continuum Sam Fender, Seventeen Going Under I love songs that make you feel. Lyrics and meaning are what I look for above all else and these albums just blow my mind. If I listen to something and I get that feeling that I want to go and create or if it makes me cry - I know I love it. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Snakes & Ladders” I wrote this with some of my favorite Irish writers. It just perfectly sums up my journey through music and life. It's been such a mix of highs and lows - for every snake there has been a ladder and that's why I've never given up. It feels real.
