In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I was like 7 & my parents got me a kids educational laptop. It had Math, English & also came with a Music program & piano. I became obsessed with the music and ignored the other subjects. I learnt the happy birthday song on the same day. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Bas, Too High to Riot J. Cole, 2014 Forest Hills Drive Michael Jackson, Thriller All three albums were soundtracks to specific parts of my life. these artists in general (especially Cole and MJ) were important in my come up. All the documentaries, music videos, performances, interviews, shaped who I am today. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Eli's Interlude, Pt. 1 (feat. Eli de la Cruz)” This song, has its flaws, but the lyrics... the story I tell in this song is so personal and intimate. It's definitely one of my favourite showcases of my lyrical abilities. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I went on my first ever tour in April 2023. My favourite moment, was definitely the first show when I had a room full of people just singing my lyrics right back to me. almost cried every time it happened. Constant CHILLS is all I can say. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? So much. Working with my idols, selling out Madison Square Garden, Stadium tours around the world. I want it all.
