In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of our earliest musical memories was to start rehearsing in a old garage, here in Porto, with my mates from Holy Nothing, and how clueless we were about the future of this projet and all the places we would present this songs. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Gal Costa, Índia LCD Soundsystem, Sound of Silver Talking Heads, Remain In Light James Murpphy artist realm and the Lcd Soundsystem's sonority was one of the most influencial references to us. The machinery, the energy, the big hooks were always something we wanted to achieve with our own musics. And the MPB influences too! Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Gira da Cura” Gira da Cura is the beggining of a new phase of the band. A song expresses the cultural bridge we want to build, from Portugal to Brazil. Mixing accents, an exploration of the connection between Portugal and Brazil within the electronic music realm. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Playing NOS Primavera Sound in our home town at sunset and playing SXSW in Austin! Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? YES! We want to extend our exploration of the boundaries of electronic dance music, always aware of the organicity of our portuguese and brazilian traditional music influences. We want to keep on releasing music that builds upon that exploration!
