Named after their small Welsh hometown, CVC (Church Village Collective) emerged in 2020 with a lean, retro sound rooted in sunny indie pop and jangly psych-rock -- the band cites Snoop Dogg, Crosby, Stills & Nash, Super Furry Animals, and Red Hot Chili Peppers as influences. They issued their debut EP, Real to Reel, in 2022, with the full-length Get Real appearing in 2023.
