In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember getting my first keyboard along with Ableton Live so I could start recording and producing my own music. All of the sudden my world opened - new keyboard sounds, drums, and more were at my fingertips. Experimenting with sounds excites me. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Distance” Distance is about a cold night standing outside of my house after swim practice, listening to the winter night, and it grew into a beautiful poem and piano part. The serenity and bittersweet melancholy of the moment is something I tried to capture. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I'd love to record a jazz album, probably a piano trio album, and give my interpretations of some of my favorite standards. My roots as a performer are in jazz, so it'd be a fun way to break away from what I usually do in my own compositions.
