Aretha Franklin, Amazing Grace (Live at New Temple Missionary Baptist Church, Los Angeles, CA, 01/13/72) Roberta Flack, Quiet Fire Various Artists, Defected Presents House Masters: Masters At Work These are albums that have broken me apart and put me back together again. Tell us why you chose this song. “Make Myself Love Him (House Remix)” This is a song quintessentially about being afraid of leaving someone whom I wanted to love but didn't. I re-produced and put new vocals on this house remix as an homage to the late 80s-early 90s house music that belonged to my elders.
