In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I was 6 I played Fur Elise on a piano in the mall, and when I was finished a crowd had gathered and was clapping. It was my initiation into peforming live, and I'll always remember it. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Daft Punk, Random Access Memories Michael Riesman, The Philip Glass Ensemble, Glassworks Radiohead, In Rainbows This is almost impossible to answer. But as albums go, the three I chose are really great albums- well produced, and they really feel like albums conceptionally. I definitely come back to these three regularly. Tell us why you chose this song. “Untitled #3 (Samskeyti)” This song really encompasses simplicty and beauty for me. I constantly strive to make something so profound and ethereal. The song is so minimal, but I've listened thousands of times, and every time it is equally as good and interesting. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? On a European tour in 2017 I traveled to Budapest Hungary, and just outside Budapest in a town called Vác I played a concert on an 88 key Una Corda at the Una Corda factory of David Klavins, who is the inventor of the instrument. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Definitely many things. I feel like I've barely scratched the surface. One thing for sure is that I want to record an album for a large ensemble, and possibly even a full orchestra.
