Eddie Mora

Chief conductor of Costa Rica's Orquesta Sinfónica de Heredia, Eddie Mora is also a composer, and as a conductor, he has championed contemporary Latin American music. Mora is active in the U.S. and Europe as well as in his home country. Mora made his recording debut on Jorge Castro's rock album Journey in 2006. Mora has released various albums under his own name, including Caminos (2011) and Solosh (2019). His three string quartets were released in 2012 on an album by the Cuarteto Latinoamericano. Mora's album El Ruido del Agua appeared in 2022.
