In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My parents played Elvis & The Beatles all the time at home and this was my gateway to music but only was when I first heard 'The Boxer' by Simon & Garfunkel did I decide that I wanted to be a musician. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Peter Gabriel, Us (Remastered) Radiohead, In Rainbows The Beatles, Abbey Road (Remastered) 3 of the greatest artists of all time. The songwriting, the production, the way the albums are engineered and mixed. They are so unbelievably inspirational. Each one had a huge affect on me when I listened to them for the first time. Amazing. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “The Dark Chromatic” The title track from my debut solo album, this track was written & recorded in honour of my father who passed away in 2001. It's the first time I composed using orchestration & the song is influenced by many of the artists I love. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Selling out The Bowery Ballroom in New York City for an album release. Amazing seeing so many people you've never met before singing your songs with you. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Continue to grow and develop, and become fully sustainable as an original artist.
