The Trombone

The Trombone

Originally designed as an improvement on the trumpet, the trombone quickly became a superstar in its own right. The slide allows extremely precise control of intonation, and while the instrument is capable of a ferocious bark at louder volumes, nothing beats the sound of a group of trombones playing soft, warm chords.
