About El Circulo

A Latin pop foursome from Mexico, El Círculo made their debut with the release of an album called Murió El Silencio. The band, led by ex-Ragazzi member Miguel Islas and Patricio Lomelin (aka Pato), recorded a version of Los Angeles Negros' "Dejenme Si Estoy Llorando" for the soundtrack to the movie Piedras Verdes. They released Sabroso in 2001 on Sony Music, which was produced by Alejandro Marcovich and featured "El Sirenito," based on Rigo Tovar's "La Sirenita." ~ Drago Bonacich
