About Blackway

Blackway is a fast-flowing rapper from Ghana who cast a web with his 2018 Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse hit “What’s Up Danger”, alongside Black Caviar. • The son of actor and satirist Kwaku Sintim-Misa, Blackway moved from his native Accra, Ghana, to Long Island, New York, with his mother in 2006. • Blackway began his career by posting posting freestyles. The soundtrack earned a Grammy nomination for Best Compilation Soundtrack for Visual Media. • Blackway released his 2018 debut EP, Good.Bad.Faded, on Republic Records before leaving the label in 2019.
