As part of the duo Tale Of Us with partner Carmine Conte, producer Matteo Milleri spun together a type of ambient music that was by turns intimate and unsettling. On his own as Anyma, the Berlin-based artist explores similarly icy textures through the lens of melodic techno, trance and other forms of high-BPM dance music. Here, he takes the reins for Selects—the playlist in which the world’s best DJs and producers share their favourite tracks of the moment. “This playlist is a summation of Genesys,” he tells Apple Music, referring to his debut solo LP under the Anyma moniker. "A reflection of eternity. A bond, forever and beyond.
