Editors' Notes In the early '00s, Kasabian emerged as natural heirs to Oasis, thanks to their swagger, sharp hooks and singer Tom Meighan's everyman charm. By the time the band reached stadium-filling heights it was clear they were also one of indie-rock's more thrillingly inventive acts. Hip-hop, electronica and psychedelia inform a sound full of uplifting grooves and rabble-rousing sentiment.
