Editors' Notes Ohio native Joseph Arthur was destined for greatness. After being discovered by art-rock pioneer Peter Gabriel—and subsequently signing to Gabriel's Real World Records—Arthur released his alt-rock debut Big City Secrets, which featured Gabriel and Brian Eno, and included production work from super-producer Markus Dravs. Arthur's 2000 follow-up, Come to Where I'm From, was his critical and commercial breakthrough, thanks to the help of the legendary T Bone Burnett. Arthur has since taken on a more active role, producing most of his material, and releasing LPs at a prolific pace.
