Bear's Den have been bewitching listeners since 2012, when the West London band started out as a trio. Since then they have crafted some of the most authoritative alt-country this side of Nashville, melding gutsy roots vocals, crackling-fire warmth and Bon Iver-indebted grooves. Following guitarist/banjo player Joey Haynes' departure in early 2016, Andrew Davie and Kevin Jones have continued to deftly combine leftfield harmonics with classic folk lyricism, all the while underpinned by string-plucking of the highest order.
