I remember working all summer and saving up to buy my first microphone and interface when I turned 15 and sending DMs to artists asking them if they wanted to work or would let me engineer for them. Tell us why you chose this song. “Glass of Water” A legendary song, I listened to Mick Jenkins since I was 15 years old so being able to work with him was such an inspiring moment, I made 4 songs in one night and sent them to him and he sent his verse back on this one a few days later. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Starting the MADEBYUS releases to me is one of my favorite memories at this point. Creating my music with my fans by letting them name my songs and choose the artworks has opened up the door for thousands of people to get involved so far.
