I remember working all summer running beach chairs and saving up to buy my first microphone and interface when I turned 16. I bought the equipment with no idea how to use it but here we are. Tell us why you chose this song. “Glass of Water” A legendary song, I listened to Mick Jenkins since I was 15 years old so being able to work with him was such an inspiring moment, I made 4 songs in one night and sent them to him and he sent his verse back on this one a few days later. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Starting the MADEBYUS releases to me is one of my favorite memories at this point. Creating my music with my fans by letting them name my songs and choose the artworks has opened up the door for thousands of people to get involved so far.
