In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My folks were both musicians, and much of my childhood was spent listening to them play and teach their instruments, violin and piano. As a small child I would go with them to a local music festival, where I'd hear greats such as Nigel Kennedy. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Tell us why you chose this song. “Of Night and Light” I wrote this track to remember a relative who passed away, and all the tracks on the album 'Drifting' explore the sensation and separation that comes with grief. The music gradually rises up, as if freeing the spirit from the living world below.
