The Wreckers

The Wreckers are the country-pop side project for Michelle Branch, along with singing and songwriting partner Jessica Harp. They produce catchy, harmony-laden shuffles, rockers, and ballads that appeal to both traditional country fans and loyal Branch enthusiasts. Friends for many years before they formed the act, each brings a different musical acumen to the mix; Branch's pop sensibility meshes effortlessly with Harp's Nashville know-how. Their 2006 debut album shot to number fourteen on the Billboard pop charts, number four on the country charts, and an impressive number one on the U.K. country charts.
