The Saint Johns

About The Saint Johns

A Nashville-based duo who seamlessly blend open-road Americana with hook-driven guitar pop, the Saint Johns were founded in 2008 by Florida natives Louis Johnson and Jordan Meredith. The pair, who met at a party and kept each other up all night playing their favorite covers, began making their own music together shortly thereafter, eventually relocating to New York City before settling down in Nashville. With their writing, recording, and touring chops firmly in place, they issued their debut EP, Open Water, in 2013 via Bailey Blues Music. Critical buzz eventually led to an appearance on The Late Show with David Letterman, as well as a record deal with Sony imprint Kemosabe Records. They recorded their debut studio long-player, 2016's Dead of Night, with Grammy Award-winning producer David Kahne. ~ James Christopher Monger
