About The Reytons

South Yorkshire act the Reytons deliver a down to earth style of indie rock not unlike the early work of their predecessors, Arctic Monkeys. With members originating from both Sheffield and Doncaster, the quartet formed in 2017 and released their debut EP, It Was All So Monotonous, within months. The same year, they reinforced their canon of tales of working-men's clubs, cheap nights out, and children up late playing with the K.O.T.E EP. Alcopops & Charity Shops followed in 2018 and by mid-2019, their first three EPs had accumulated half-a-million online streams. Many of the tracks from a fourth EP ultimately appeared on their debut album, 2021's U.K. Top 20 Kids Off the Estate. 2023's follow-up, What's Rock & Roll?, had a higher production value, and tracks such as "Cash in Hand & Fake IDs" and "Fading" saw them reach for a more varied, dynamic sound.
