My dad was a huge music fan: Ornette Coleman, John Lee Hooker, his one Beatles (At The BBC) album, that he would play on his Lenco turntable. It all had a strong impact on my influences as a songwriter. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Pixies, Surfer Rosa Remastered Serge Gainsbourg, Histoire De Melody Nelson - 40ème Anniversaire The Stooges, Fun House (Deluxe Edition) [2005 Remaster] The Stooges and Surfer Rosa were a big influence as we developed our sound // Melody Nelson is just a great mix of pop, psychedelia, great arrangements and musicianship, and French cool .
