TenHornedBeast

Doom metal outfit TenHornedBeast formed -- in the loosest sense possible, as the "band" was really a one-man project led by U.K.-based musician, multi-instrumentalist, and former Endura member Christopher Walton -- in 2003. The first release from TenHornedBeast, Ten Stars -- Ten Horns, saw the light of day in 2004, and was followed up by a second full-length, Woe to You Oh Earth and Sea, in 2005. The year 2006 would prove to be a quiet one for the Beast, but in 2007 Walton and his heavy-duty ambient work made a return on third album The Sacred Truth. Keeping up the pace, TenHornedBeast released a split with Marzuraan in 2008. ~ Chris True
