Sunday Flood

The dream pop trio known as Sunday Flood formed in 1995 and spent the majority of the late '90s trying to define their musical stance as well as their proximity. Eric Krueger (vocals/guitar), Mike Allen (bass), and Kevin Ritzke (drums) attempted to sway from their Wisconsin background to the bustling rock scene in Twin Cities, MN, however nothing panned out. Meshing such frustration with their day jobs and social monotony, Sunday Flood continued to make music. Their debut, Advisory, appeared in spring 2001 on Sea Sun Sky Productions, but Sunday Flood's recording career dates initially took shape when Galaxy was independently released and produced in 1996. The Velvet Is Falling EP landed the group a spot on EZCD.com's VH1 Fashion Show compilation a year later. ~ MacKenzie Wilson
