Louisville-based Sovereign Grace Music has issued more than three dozen albums of mostly original worship songs since releasing their debut, Mighty God, on cassette in 1984. ∙ Bob Kauflin, the worship collective’s director and producer, cofounded the pioneering Christian pop-rock band Glad in 1972. ∙ Beginning with 2010’s Allí en la Cruz, Sovereign Grace Music has been recording albums in Spanish, in collaboration with La IBI ministries. ∙ The group’s album From Age to Age reached No. 12 on Billboard’s Heatseekers Albums chart in 2012.
