In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. It was a Bruce Springsteen concert, Chicago - I have a clear image of him in the centre of a square stage. All red with adrenaline and gazillions hooting in the stands. I was 6 then and the vibe scared me senseless. His music's grown on me since haha What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? DJ Snake, Encore Justin Timberlake, The 20/20 Experience Maroon 5, Red Pill Blues Red Pill Blues, because Cold and Don't Wanna Know formed the soundtrack to my high school and uni years. Great memories with those two. Then would be The 20/20 Exp. (Timberlake) - the most inspiring thing I've heard. Encore got me into electro-pop. Tell us why you chose this song. “Valentine In a Pint” I wrote this one after taking a job at a bar in central London. I had the craziest dreams those days. The song was inspired by one where I was on a glass boat sailing down a river of red wine. I wanted the melody to symbolise the landscape I dreamt What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? About 20 musicians and I were to feature on the cover of RollingStone in Dec. '20. Because there were so many of us to fit in the shot, some of us were put on ladders. I got the tallest, most rickety one. 30 mins, I held on for dear life.
