A luminescent personality who creates dark tech-house, DJ and producer Seth Troxler immersed himself in Detroit's vibrant techno scene, attending rave parties and then throwing his own, including the booking of the revered DJ Magda when Troxler was just 15. In 2002, Troxler began working as a dance music buyer at a Detroit record store and also landed his first club gig. After graduating high school he toured Europe, then when he graduated college he moved to Berlin. His 2006 debut 12", "Love Bezerker," led to releases on Wagon Repair, Raum, Wolf + Lamb, and NRK. He co-founded the Visionquest label, while Tuskegee, Play It Say It, and Soft Touch were all launched by Troxler on his own. ~ David Jeffries
