In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My earliest music memory was seeing Mahalia Jackson at 5 years old at the Madam Walker Theatre in Indianapolis IN. My Mom and Dad took me with them to see her concert. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Earth, Wind & Fire, Earth, Wind & Fire: Super Hits George Duke, The Essential George Duke Luther Vandross, Luther Vandross George Duke is my favorite keyboard player, producer and music creator. Earth Wind & Fire has always been my favorite band in the 70's and 80's especially live. Luther is like no other with his arrangements and silky smooth voice. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “No Not Him (feat. Staci McCrackin, Barry Dale & Men In The Fire)” A true story of a Covid Survivor in 2020. The song was written as a message, tribute and survivor story for others to take heed of the Covid Virus. A collaborative effort featuring Staci McCrackin, Barry Dale, ABondz, Men In The Fire and many others. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Playing keys and MD with The Spinners in the 70's and traveling, recording and performing with my own band RAPTURE in the late 70's. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? To be back on the road doing what i do best. Performing and making people happy with my piano and music.
